Whitechain relaunches as an Ethereum L2 with a distribution-first focus

Whitechain said it is relaunching as an Ethereum Layer 2 built on the OP Stack, positioning itself as a distribution-first network for Web3 projects. According to the announcement cited by Techub News and attributed to Chainwire, the project plans to use the W Group ecosystem and WhiteBIT resources to help teams reach users. Whitechain also introduced three support tracks aimed at projects at different stages of development. These include up to $300,000 in early-stage funding, strategic partnerships for more established protocols, and non-exclusive multichain expansion support. The stated goal is to help projects grow through the ecosystem’s distribution capabilities rather than focus only on infrastructure.
